Work

Our work, written down properly

Every case here reads like a white paper: where things stood, what had to change, how we did it and what we measured. No guesswork and no dressed-up numbers.

Gagnaver: web hosting anyone can understand

Gagnaver wanted to stop talking only to technical people. We designed and built a site that guides people to the right hosting with four plain-language questions, in Icelandic or English, where content pages ship no JavaScript.

Orders that become invoices on their own

An online store that does not talk to the accounting system creates manual work and errors. This is how we build a connection between WooCommerce and DK, Regla or Payday that creates every invoice exactly once, keeps stock right and tells you when something breaks.

Íslandsvefir: rebuilding our own website

A website that sells web development is a sample of the work. Ours was half-finished and no longer told the truth about what we do. We rebuilt it from scratch and made the quality requirements part of the build itself.

How we write them

Every result traces back to a goal

Most case studies are screenshots and adjectives. We want you to be able to judge the work yourself, so every case follows the same structure.

  1. Goals with IDs

Each goal gets an ID, such as G1, so results can point back to it.

  2. Measured, not estimated

Every number states where it came from and when it was measured.

  3. Traceable

Each result points at the goal it answers, so you can see what was achieved.
